RAD Vocational Examination Studies

Our 2 week Examination Studies, under the guidance and tutelage of an RAD vocational examiner, is geared to assist and optimize syllabus understanding. It will focus on more precise execution and improvement of the technique as well as coach artistic nuances with musical phrasing. The classes will also concentrate on Examination Specific Criteria for each level and the comprehension of French terminology used for Free-Enchainment.

Children's Summer Dance Workshops

Dance with the fairies and storybook characters, explore the possibilities within and discover the magic behind your favourite story ballets this summer at the Goh Ballet Academy.

Don't miss your chance to experience the Goh Ballet Academy's unique and enriching ballet and creative movement workshops designed specifically for budding dancers ages 4 – 7. Each one week session will focus on a different familiar theme/story ballet. Students spend 3 hours a day focusing on ballet, creative movement and music, listening to stories and creating unique and fun craft projects which relate to the week's theme. All classes are taught by Goh Ballet's award winning and RAD certified faculty.

International Summer Intensive
& Junior Summer Intensive

Ballet students from all over the world audition for the Goh Ballet's International Summer Intensive and Junior Summer Intensive. The most proficient of students are accepted to study in this highly anticipated annual program. The Summer Intensive curriculum includes Ballet Technique, Men's Work, Pointe, Repertoire, Variations, Pas de Deux, Contemporary, Jazz, Musical Theatre and Pilates. Additional seminars on dance related topics may include Dance History, Music, Nutrition, and proper pointe shoe care. Classes are taught by international guest instructors as well as Goh Ballet's award winning and RAD certified annual faculty and are accompanied by professional pianists. Class sizes are limited.

Master Class Series

Take part in classes with internationally renowned teachers to inspire students to better their technique and cultivate their artistry. Diversify range and expand on fuller comprehensions of classical ballet through exposure to many methods.

Teachers' Seminar: Balanchine Technique

Suki Schorer, author of Suki Schorer on Balanchine Technique and Faculty Member of the School of American Ballet has structured a 5 day seminar for teacher which will cover posture/placement, the vertical division of the body at the center line and exercises at the barre /centre with the details Balanchine emphasized. Additionally, teachers will have the chance to watch Ms. Schorer teach 3 different levels and be offered supplemental explanation on the reasons for the exercises as well as the invitation for questions and comments.
