The Goh Ballet Youth Company has toured with works from the renowned classical repertoire and has also showcased the works of choreographic luminaries in the world of ballet.
Fostering relationships and enriching with the local community, The Goh Ballet Youth Company performs at cultural and private events in the Lower Mainland and the Sea-to-Sky corridor. The Company’s repertoire ranges from classical ballet to neo-classical consisting of contemporary, jazz and traditional Chinese dance that represent the diversity of the local communities.
The Goh Ballet Youth Company has toured within Canada and is an ambassador for Canada, showcasing Canadian talent around the world. Since its founding in 1979, it has embarked on admirable international tours, serving as a vital cultural experience for dancers and their audiences, as well as bringing the global community closer through the universal language of dance.
Toured countries include China, France, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and the United States.
