Examinations

The Goh Ballet Academy offers students the challenge of preparing for and taking ballet examinations. The Academy develops its dancers through the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Examinations in addition to Goh Ballet Academy Examinations.

In the General Division, students prepare for the RAD children’s examinations commencing at the Primary Level to the Grade 8 Award. RAD Major Examinations are also provided from Intermediate Foundation Level to Advanced 1 and 2.

In the Professional Division students take RAD major examinations up to the Solo Seal Award only. Each year the Academy invites our regular guest instructor, Lynette Kelly, to build upon the instruction from the faculty to help students prepare for these major examinations.

The Academy reviews the students yearly to ensure progress.
