International Competition National Festivals
The Goh Ballet Academy encourages its students to further themselves through exposure at international competitions and national festivals. They act as a platform for development, preparing ballet dancers for advancement towards a career in dance.
The students of the academy are the most decorated of any Canadian ballet institute and they continue to garner top awards at competitions around the globe, including the Prix De Lausanne, Royal Academy of Dance's Genée International Ballet Competition, and the International Ballet Competition – Varna. The academy also has the distinguished honour of being one of the only Canadian schools to produce prize winners at the Genée International Ballet Competition and the only school with the privilege to be invited to dance at the Victoria International Dance Festival, and the Recontres Internationale de Danse (La Baule in France).
